When you apply, Cototina may collect your full legal name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, date of birth, country or region, social media profile information, requested promotional code, application reference, acceptance records and information you voluntarily provide in connection with the program.
2. Passwords
This temporary application page does not collect or store a Cototina account password. If approved, you will receive separate instructions to create account credentials through the appropriate account setup process.
3. How We Use Information
Information may be used to review applications, verify or administer promoter participation, create or activate promotional codes, communicate account status, prevent fraud or misuse, provide program resources, maintain records, support promoter operations and improve the program.
4. Social Profile Information
Public social media profile information may be reviewed as part of program administration, including to understand where and how an applicant intends to promote Cototina. Cototina does not request social media passwords through this application.
5. Service Providers
Program information may be processed using service providers that support website hosting, forms, email delivery, e-commerce, analytics, security or other business operations. Those providers process information according to their applicable terms, contracts and security practices.
6. Netlify Forms
The temporary promoter application is designed to use Netlify Forms for submission handling. Form data may therefore be processed and stored through Netlify's infrastructure according to the configuration selected by Cototina and Netlify's applicable service terms.
7. Communications
Cototina may use the email address or phone number provided to send application confirmations, activation instructions, operational notices and other program-related communications. Marketing communications should be sent only where permitted and subject to applicable opt-out rights.
8. Data Retention
Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the program, legitimate business records, dispute prevention, security, compliance or legal obligations, subject to applicable requirements.
